The situation

Red & White Group supported IMI Norgren with the transformation of its Fradley facility, taking a busy industrial environment through to a cleared and ready-for-next-stage space.

End-of-lease dilapidations

Strip-out, repairs, decoration and make-good works that return a leased unit to its agreed condition.

Warehouse clearance

Contents, fixtures and fittings cleared from commercial and industrial units, then cleaned and prepared for handover or reuse.
